Our first official session together. This is a deep, comprehensive assessment where we explore your personal history, current symptoms, life transitions, and background. Together, we will build your personalized treatment roadmap.
Individual Therapy Sessions
Deep, evidence based outpatient therapy tailored entirely to your pace.
60-Minute Session: $200
45-Minute Session: $160
Out of Pocket & Self-Pay Options
If you choose not to utilize health insurance or are seeking out of network care, my standard out of pocket fees are due at the time of service. For your convenience and to maintain a seamless, automated billing experience, a secure credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card can be safely linked to your file through the secure client portal.

Currently processing independent solo network additions for Counseling Wellness Care. If you hold an active commercial PPO plan with the following carriers, we can seamlessly bill your insurance network directly for your covered psychotherapy sessions:
